FoodStudio provides digital assets and subscription-based offerings, not physical goods. Due to the nature of our product, the following rules apply:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before any digital credits are used.
- Once you have downloaded premium images or accessed gated categories using your credits, cancellation for that particular billing cycle is not permitted.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Payment is made but absolutely no credits have been utilized.
- Refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
- There has been a documented technical failure on our end preventing you from accessing the service correctly.
Refunds are NOT applicable if:
- Services have already commenced or assets have been successfully downloaded.
- You changed your mind after utilizing the platform.
- Delay or issue is caused due to incomplete inputs or connection problems from the client's end.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method utilized during the transaction.
