At FoodStudio, we provide digital assets and technology services for restaurants. Since our products are digital and delivered immediately upon download or access, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
Because digital images cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all individual asset downloads are considered final once the high-resolution file has been accessed or downloaded from our portal.
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Our refund policy for these is as follows:
If you were charged for a renewal that you intended to cancel, you may request a refund within **48 hours** of the charge, provided that **no credits or assets** have been used or downloaded during that billing cycle.
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us within the first 7 days of your **first** subscription. We will review your case and may offer a partial or full refund based on usage.
If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction within 5-7 business days of verification.
If you believe your account or card was used without authorization for a FoodStudio purchase, please contact your bank immediately and also alert our support team so we can suspend the account and assist in the investigation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan benefits until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining days of a cancelled cycle.
