1. Nature of Services

FoodStudio provides professional food photography templates and visual assets as part of a subscription or credit-based offering. We do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, or ROI outcomes, as your business results depend on multiple external factors.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete business information
Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
Use the website and downloaded assets only for lawful purposes in accordance with your plan license

3. Payments and Subscriptions

All fees are explicitly disclosed before service initialization
Payments must be made in advance for image credits or subscription validity
Prices are subject to change with prior notice

4. Intellectual Property

All website UI, core branding materials, methodologies, and framework code are the intellectual property of FoodStudio and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. However, the exact visual assets you successfully purchase/download via your valid credits are licensed to you as per the agreed usage terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

FoodStudio shall not be liable for:

Platform downtime of third-party integration services (if any)
Loss of business due to market conditions or usage of our imagery
Indirect or consequential damages derived from the platform

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and services if false information is knowingly provided, payment obligations are circumvented, or any of these terms are deliberately violated.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be exclusively bound to the local applicable laws.
